  How it works  
  Firefly is a precision wind detection instrument designed to give hunters an accurate reading of wind/thermal direction. Firefly takes 64 readings per second, analyzes these readings and after 3 seconds, reports the results in the form of easy-to-interpret LED lights.

  How to operate  
  Operating Firefly is easy. Simply push the button. This activates the flashing LED lights and sets off a series of 64 readings per second which is translated into wind direction. In three seconds, Firefly electronic wind detector begins reporting the results and continues to do so for five more seconds. It then automatically turns itself off after 8 seconds of non use. To take another wind reading, simply push the button.

You'll be amazed at how fickle wind, thermals and drift can be and at the sensitivity and precision of the Firefly electronic wind detector. In fact, Firefly can report wind that is not detectable to humans - it's that sensitive!
